As a self confessed workaholic and stress head, Ayesha had always been attracted to the idea of yoga as
a way to de-stress and unwind.
But as someone with a mind that is alwas racing she found many of the classes available were unsuitable for her - she just couldn't switch off.
In 2007, on the recommendation of a friend she tried her first Ashtanga yoga class and a new door opened to more dynamic styles of yoga. After 18 months of Ashtanga practice Ayesha went in search of variety and a sense of freedom in her practice. She attended classes with some of the UKs best known and well-loved teachers spanning many different styles and disciplines.
In 2013, having fallen in love with Vinyasa Flow, Ayesha enrolled on the 240 hour appleyoga teacher training programme with Katy Appleton and completed the training in 2014. Determined to pursue her dream of teaching more and stressing less, Ayesha moved out of London and settled in Buckinghamshire in October last year.
If you're used to hot yoga or Bikram classes you may not have experienced a class quite like this before. With no guru or posture series to rely on, the Vinyasa system enables the teacher to develop and build classes intelligently with a specific purpose in mind.
Ayesha's classes fuse strength and power with grace and fluidity. Set to music, classes are fun but challenging. Expect to work muscles you didn't know you had!

trainer to create this session that will leave you feeling strengthened, stretched and relaxed from the inside out. Expect lower back pain management techniques to be included also. The class is open to men and women of all abilities and that are above the age of 18. No previous experience of either disciplines are required, just bring a mat (if you have one) and an open mind.

I am an Introductory level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher with classes Northampton. Iyengar Yoga is a method of teaching
using props and supports to correct alignment and aid extension in poses. This promotes flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. Regular preactice enhances health, vitality and the sense of wellbeing. Classes on Monday 09.30-10.30, Tuesday 19.00-20.30, Thursday 18.15-19.30
