Andrea has been focused on the self-transformational practice of yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She discovered
spirituality through classical Raja yoga in 1995. As Andrea has evolved, so has her practice. She’s a curious and avid learner and, as a result, she has studied several traditions with some masters of various traditions from around the world: from Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa, to Iyengar, and Yin.
