Post Natal classes include both mother and baby (under 7 months), with the yoga focus on the mother, re-gaining tone, core strength, posture, time to breath and energize, and having a sociable time with your new baby!
I teach in Batheaston & Bradford on Avon. Beginners are welcome. Each class has gentle through deeper versions of each posture so you can do as much or as little as feels save and comfortable. The classes are relaxed and friendly. You will learn to listen to your body,to connect with your breath and discover your body is deeply wise: that pain and tensions are natural alarms to get you to slow down. I also give individual sessions and teach classes in: massage, reflexology: mindfulness: relationship & comunication skills, as well as being a counsellor. All these skills influence the way I teach.
I teach many classes & 121 sessons in & around Bath - aerobics, aqua, dance based fitness(including pole dance), Pilates, Spin & X-biking, Kids classes, Body Conditioning, and of course Yoga!! My yoga training has so far been down the Ashtanga route as my interest in general fitness led me to this intense form of yoga, although I teach a variety of yoga classes suitable for most levels.
