I teach traditional Hatha Yoga to people of all ages and abilities in Chippenham, Calne, Devizes, and the surrounding

Classes in Bath and Wiltshire. Beginners welcome. Drop in and go at your own pace. I teach a form of yoga that is
gently based on Ashtanga. In each class you can learn to stretch safely. I teach gentle through deeper versions of each posture so you can do as much or a little as feels safe and comfortable. Classes include health advice: Alexander Technique: mindfulness: relaxation & meditation. My classes are Tues evening at 6.40pm Christ Church Sch N.B 2ND HALL & Thurs mornings at 9.30 the Peter Doxon Clinic in the new precint. I teach in Bath on monday eve at 6.45pm in Batheaston Sch. No need to be flexible or fit that will gently happen over time by simple turning up.
