I offer a variety of classes around Yorkshire, suitable for all levels of age and experience. In addition to hatha,
dynamic and restorative practices, I hold a range of specialist classes including yoga for pregnancy, yoga for post-natal recovery, integrative mother and baby yoga, and classes for families and children.
Pam Medhurst teaches yoga in Hull and surrounding areas. Classes offer a space in the week for you to catch up with
yourself, giving the right balance of asana (postures) breathing and meditation to allow you to live your best life. Having practiced yoga for over 20 years Pam offers a holistic range of yoga, laughter yoga and Feel the Fear Workshops.
7-8pm and Thurs 06.45am, 09.30am, 7.30pm. TWS Yoga is headed up by TWS Wellness Director of Vitality, Alison Wileman. The TWS yoga style combines tradition with a modern fresh approach to yoga that encourages a relaxing yet energising practice so that you can leave the session revitalised and motivated about life. TWS yoga is suitable for everyone regardless of age, sex, physical or mental condition, and we do our best to try to ensure that your practice is as tailor made for the class energy as much as possible within the constraints of a class environment. The TWS style also encourages and empowers its students to practice outside of the class if they wish which many students cite as being invaluable in their lives.
Louise is a Qualified & experienced Yoga Teacher,& has been teaching since 2004 she trained with one of britains leading
yoga teachers, Ruth White. Louise has a big personality & always brings warmth & fun to her teaching, together with a great awareness & understanding of the postures, from this Louise has developed her own Sucram Style. She runs various classes, workshops & residential weekend for all abilities from complete beginner to advanced Yogi. their are classes to suit your needs, there is a morning class where louise incorparates posture, breath, meditation & relaxation. an over 60s afternoon class (who laugh alot) evening classes for beginners, mixed ability & advanced. an afternoon class for the visually impaired & she also has time for 1-2-1 sessions.
