Young has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over ten years and teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2007. Yoga
and Meditation have helped him with achieving health and peace in his life, and this is why he likes to share his experience with people. His Vinyasa Yoga class, which is from Krishnamacharya's Yoga teaching, consists of gentle Asana, comfortable Pranayama and Meditation practice. Respecting the differences of each individual, his teaching is to help you develop your personal practice.
