am a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher. I recently returned from France where i lived and studied Yoga for eight years in Nice with advanced teacher Christian Pisano and senior teacher June Whitaker at the Institut de yoga Iyengar de Nice I then started up my own Yoga school, YogaFix, in the south of France with my friend Linda Olson. Back in the UK now and living in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, I am available for private yoga lessons around the EN10 area. Baby yoga 5 week courses are run throughout Hertfordshire for parents and babies newborn to crawling. Classes involve
gentle movements for parents encouraging stretching and strengthening (including pelvic floor and stomach exercises) and movements for babies to aid each stage of development with lots of songs and joint relaxation at the end and time to socialise. Yoga in pregnancy courses are from 14 weeks to birth and include birth preparation, gentle stretches, strengthening, breathing exercises and relaxation
Steve is a full-time, Iyengar yoga teacher qualified to intermediate level. He is qualified to teach remedial/injury/pregnancy
