The general level class is a flowing class taking you through the Sivananda sequence including Pranayama (breathing techniques). We warm the body by practising the Sun Salutations which are followed by basic asanas with variations each week. Every week has a different focus offering students the ability to develop in their own practice and experience something new.
Learn with a teacher who has been classically trained in India bringing an authentic and respectful attitude to the class.
Increase your strength, flexibility and steadiness of mind with this all inclusive Hatha Yoga practice.
Bring your own yoga mat, a warm layer for final relaxation and wear comfortable loose clothing you can stretch in.

I teach in Batheaston & Bradford on Avon. Beginners are welcome. Each class has gentle through deeper versions of
each posture so you can do as much or as little as feels save and comfortable. The classes are relaxed and friendly. You will learn to listen to your body,to connect with your breath and discover your body is deeply wise: that pain and tensions are natural alarms to get you to slow down. I also give individual sessions and teach classes in: massage, reflexology: mindfulness: relationship & comunication skills, as well as being a counsellor. All these skills influence the way I teach.

Simona initially trained as a Sivananda Yoga teacher and then went on to experience and train in different styles
of yoga. Her classes combine the asanas (postures), breathing techniques, chanting and philosophy. The classes are flowing and dynamic being led by the breath. She teaches privately in London twice a month and teaches group classes and privately in Bath. Simona has trained in and is qualified to teach beginners, general and intermediate students as well as pre & post natal yoga, mums & babies and kids classes.
