I run Hatha yoga classes in Great Notley area of Braintree. We practice vinyasa flow for flexibility, static postures

I run gentle, dynamic and pregnancy hatha yoga classes in Buntingford and Ware. My aim is to create a relaxed, lighthearted
and friendly environment for your yoga practice. My gentle classes invite you to take some time to relax your precious body and mind. The dynamic classes are comprised of flowing sequences to strengthen the body accompanied by relaxation intended to soothe you after your dynamic practice.
