She has received intensive instruction and training from many world renowned teachers including Manju Jois (Astanga Vinyasa), Max Strom (Hatha), Baron Baptiste (Power Yoga), Ana Forest (Forest Yoga), & Sharon Gannon & David Life (Jivamukti).
Her current studies include Yoga History & Philosophy with Georg Feurstein (800hr), Neuroscience (MSC) & Yoga Therapy for Mental Health Conditions (500+hr)
