Check out my website for OUTDOOR Yoga in the Park 2013! Workshops, Retreats and Class Schedule
Ashtanga yoga for all.
I teach in a way that makes my classes accessible to all students, giving challenge where necessary but mindful of limitations. Leaving you feeling a little taller and lighter. A little more centred and calm. A little more able to take on the day or week. A little more patient and a little kinder to all beings. I look forward to seeing you at a class soon
Drop in to relax and unwind in a friendly setting. Classes are kept small to ensure that full care and attention can
be given to the individual student. You can expect to combine gentle flowing sequences with static postures. Classes are practised at a moderate pace and connecting with the breath is a central focus. We finish with a calming guided relaxation. People with pre-existing health conditions should contact their doctor prior to joining a class. If you are pregnant or have any queries about whether the classes are suitable for you, please contact me prior to attending a class. Classes should be ideal for post-natal mums. Please see website for times and prices.
