Yoga is about

There are countless varieties of asanas (postures) and sets of asanas that can be done to bring about balance within the physiology. On top of the various yoga poses, there are also breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation. Since Hatha yoga is the original form of yoga, each class aims to incorporate each aspect of the practice of yoga; breathing, asanas, and meditation. Furthermore, each class is different and varied according to the needs of the students.
