His focus is on exploring and discovering a practice that is organic, evolving as the practice evolves us. includes modules on philosophy and meditation.My classes are integrative of the whole spectrum of Yoga, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practice), relaxation and meditation. All my classes in Southampton (Highfield and Basset), and also in Fareham, have an underlying philosophical theme, which is the essence of Yoga. My classes can be booked in groups of 5 sessions, or on a drop in basis. I also offer one to one tuition.
