Suitability: Men and women at all levels of fitness are welcomed. Basic techniques and more advanced variations of postures are demonstrated and offered throughout our classes. Adjustments to alignment are made on a one-on-one basis and we take into account any injuries or limitations you may have to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from your yoga practice.
What to expect: Pranayama (vital energy breathing) Pawanmuktasana (lying and seated postures) Surya Namaskara (salutations to the sun) and Yogasanas movement through postures. You’ll encounter moments of stillness, meditation and contemplation as you experience the bliss of clarity of mind and deep relaxation.

Equipment Supplied: Mats, Blocks, Bolsters and Straps (you may bring your own).
What to wear: Comfortable, breathable and loose fitting clothing will enable the free flow of movement.
