Wadforth provides various yoga classes to suit all ages and abilities in and around the Hull area. She has a desire to keep the Philosophy of yoga relevant in todays busy world and teaches quarterly philosphy workshops as well as regular yoga days with other yoga teachers from around the country. A British Wheel of Yoga Diploma holder and Remedial trained intstructor (Yoga for Health Foundation), Lesley also provides Private classes, Workplace sessions, yoga in pregnancy, post-natal and baby yoga. Regular Sure Start courses are held. Lesley holds the City and Guilds teaching certificate and is available for courses and workshops on all aspects of holistic health. Aromatherapy and Reiki treatments and one to one or group stress management sessions can be booked. Lesley is also a qualified Thai Yoga Massage therapist.
Louise is a Qualified & experienced Yoga Teacher,& has been teaching since 2004 she trained with one of britains leading
yoga teachers, Ruth White. Louise has a big personality & always brings warmth & fun to her teaching, together with a great awareness & understanding of the postures, from this Louise has developed her own Sucram Style. She runs various classes, workshops & residential weekend for all abilities from complete beginner to advanced Yogi. their are classes to suit your needs, there is a morning class where louise incorparates posture, breath, meditation & relaxation. an over 60s afternoon class (who laugh alot) evening classes for beginners, mixed ability & advanced. an afternoon class for the visually impaired & she also has time for 1-2-1 sessions.
