Yoga-Fitness is run by Sammie Mason a qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Yoga-Fitness offers a range
of dynamic weekly classes, pregnancy yoga classes, as well as courses for the 'complete' beginner and 'improving' beginner. Workshops are run throughout the year as well as bespoke one to one private sessions. All are based in the Richmond, St Margaret’s, Twickenham and Teddington area.

I encourage listening to the internal voice of the body. Instead of asking you to conform and contort into an asana, I encourage self-informed choices so that you can explore your own uniqueness and let the asanas fit you. I find this makes classes fun, whilst leaving you with a healthy and respectful enjoyment of your body, as well as a deeper understanding of its needs and limitations.
Mata Yoga offers a range of classes, including beginners yoga, private tuition, corporate yoga and pre & post natal
yoga. We aim to teach insightful, inspired and engaging classes that can help people develop physically while calming the nervous system and taking time for themselves to relax and restore the mind, body and soul. We believe that in order to live life to our full potential we must take time to find inner balance.
