Helen Say: With 16 years dedicated practice to yoga and experimentation with a range of styles and teachers, Helen
sees yoga as a tool for expansion and freedom in every aspect of life – both on and off the mat. Drawing from an Anusara background she uses principles of alignment combined with devotional flow to create an eclectic, unique mix to push boundaries and infuse students with her contagious playfulness and joy. The discovery of Thai massage was a life-changing moment in respect to mindful sacred touch when both adjusting students and offering healing treatments in dynamic Thai massage and Osteothai. She is an on-theroad yogi, often found with her therapeutic singing bowls, chanting to invoke the power of the Divine Goddess. Jai Ma.
