Satyananda Yoga is a form of integral yoga which develops all aspects of one's being including the body, mind, emotions and psyche, leading the practitioner towards a more balanced and harmonious state. This form of yoga is systematic, progressive and can be practised by anyone regardless of age, culture, religion or ability. Classes include postural work (asana) breathing practices (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). Classes are run typically in blocks of six and cost £48(equivalent £8 per class).
