I hold small,friendly, relaxing and mindfulness-focused mixed ability classes at Lethbridge Primary School in Old Town, Swindon and nearby at Wroughton Scout Hall. I am a fully trained British Wheel of Yoga teacher with 9 years' experience. My practice and teaching of yoga is inspired by the philosophy of Vanda Scaravelli and influenced by many years of learning the Alexander Technique. I focus very much on working in a gentle and intelligent way to encourage the body to go into postures when it is ready. We offer classes, workshops and retreats in yoga practices including asana, pranayama meditation and mantra. I am also now offering Cyclic Meditation for the first time in the UK. In collaboration with other yoga practitioners and experts we offer specialist classes and workshops including Yoga and Rehabilitation, Scaravelli inspired workshops and Mantra Chant.

Zoe completed her Yoga Alliance UK 200 hour qualification through Union Yoga, taught by Brian Cooper. She is also qualified through the British School of Yoga as a Hatha Yoga teacher as well as being a REPs registered instructor and member of the Independent Yoga Network. In her personal practice Zoe is dedicated to the tradition and daily practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
