Leisure Centre Classes Designed for All Levels. I create an integrated flow designed for the individual or classes
needs, with an emphasis on relaxation and stress management through Yoga Nidra at the end of the class. The Ashtanga practice is dynamic and will open all energy points within the body, improve strength, flexibility and fitness. From a Performance arts background I also have experience working within performance arts and training actors, dancers and singers.
