Yoga certificated competence-based training accompanied by teaching
materials suitably designed for people with learning
staff, carers and parents with at least one years' experience in yoga. A unique education system found to aid concentration, coordination, physical dexterity and strength, self-confidence and reliance. Certificated programmes in YOU & ME Yoga available for students, trainers and tutors of trainers, with transferable credits with other national award bodies.
Learn a new sequence every 8 weeks and whatch your practise develop. Traditional sun salutation taught to increase
flexibility. Focus on the breath to give greater concentration and awareness. All classes are small give you the opportunity to modify the sequence to suit your body. Practise sheets given to enable you to practise at home. Beginners class in Prestwich. Energise your body, relax your mind.
Working with the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Methodology, this natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier

I can train you to implement a combination of facial exercises, gentle massage techniques, focussed facial acupressure and heavenly relaxation methods. The whole methodology focuses on wellbeing techniques for the mind, body and soul.

Gentle Yoga for Beginners (Term time only, see website for dates)
We will explore the fundamentals of yoga including correct alignment and yoga breathing. Beginners classes will include limbering exercises, standing poses, seated poses, gentle backbends and relaxation.
Wednesday 12pm to 1.30pm at the Hilton Blackpool Chair Yoga (Term time only, see website for dates) This class is designed to meet the specific needs of senior adults and is structured to benefit most levels of health and fitness. Yoga poses are adapted and are done either standing or seated. Chair yoga is a great way to relax and unwind without the stress of getting down to the floor. It will help to open your hips, move your shoulders and neck, and find length in your spine.
Thursday 7pm to 8.30pm at the Hilton Blackpool Hatha Flow Yoga (Drop in £6 per class) Hatha flow yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a flow of postures that lead from one to the next. Sequences will include standing poses, seated poses, balances, supported poses, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. The class is suitable for people that are generally fit and well or have experience of yoga.
Saturday 9am to 10.30am at The Backroom Studio Gentle Flow Yoga (Term time only, see website for dates) An energising class, combing gentle but stimulating yoga sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation, the perfect way to start your weekend. Sequences will include standing poses, seated poses, balances, supported poses, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. The class is suitable for people that are generally fit and well or have experience of yoga.

A series of stretches, breathing practices and relaxation, which bring balance and harmony into the mental and physical
