The classes are suitable for women at any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy and focus on gentle postures, breathing
techniques, positions for labour and relaxations. The aim is for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, whilst improving your physical and emotional wellbeing and helping you feel more confident and positive about birth. The postures are very gentle, specifically designed so you can attend throughout your pregnancy (after 12 weeks) and can be adapted to individual needs.
Beth has been practicing yoga since 1990 and qualififed as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher 14 years ago. Her popular
classes have been running locally for over 13 years and she still has many of her original attendees. Classes focus upon building core strength, improving flexibility, balance and tone. The classes are suitable for all levels. Newcomers are very welcome.
Zoe is an Ashtanga yoga teacher based in Andover, Hampshire. She teaches regular classes in Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester,
and Ludgershall, as well as workshops around the UK and international retreats. Zoe completed her Yoga Alliance UK 200 hour qualification through Union Yoga, taught by Brian Cooper. She is also qualified through the British School of Yoga as a Hatha Yoga teacher as well as being a REPs registered instructor and member of the Independent Yoga Network. In her personal practice Zoe is dedicated to the tradition and daily practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Zoe has also studied Shamanism and Runes with the BSY New Age Foundation, earning the title Master of Mantic Arts.

Weekly Dru Prenatal Yoga Class: Tuesday evening 6:15 - 7:15, cost £30 for 4 weeks. A gentle and relaxing class with Dru Yoga postures, sequences, breathing techniques and relaxation ideally suited to be practiced throughout pregnancy. Classes are taught in small informal groups and are suitable for women from the fourteenth week of pregnancy right up to birth. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Dru Dance Classes: Saturday morning 10:00 - 11:00, cost £60 for a course of 10 classes. Dru Dance is a fusion of yoga and dance moves choreographed to music. It is energetic and invigorating, using dynamic, flowing movements to help build both strength and suppleness and provide a workout that is a lot of fun.
