I am an Introductory level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher with classes Northampton. Iyengar Yoga is a method of teaching using props and supports to correct alignment and aid extension in poses. This promotes flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. Regular preactice enhances health, vitality and the sense of wellbeing. Lizzy teaches Hatha Yoga, general, pregnancy and postnatal yoga for mums and babies in Northampton and surrounding area. Classes are Suitable for all levels - Beginners welcome. Arogya is a Sanskrit word meaning whole health and well being. It's amazing to see how the practise of yoga and meditation can transform a person, It doesn't matter what is happening in your life, what your age, level of fitness, size or shape there's always a way to practise yoga and meditation that will be beneficial for you. I believe it's best to get a really good foundation to build on and am currently concentrating on teaching yoga basics in Towcester taking each week to explore new postures, alignment and energy movement in yoga asana, and looking at different methods and techniques to calm and still the mind.
