As a qualified Coach and Mentor I also offer health and wellbeing coaching and mentorship. I work with small and large businesses at a Learning and Development Consultant where I deliver various masterclasses in various subjects e.g. Mindfulness Leadership. I am a keen writer and regularly contribute my articles to various yoga and health and wellbeing journals and magazines. I also teach Yamuna Body Ball Rolling, a therapy which focuses on using a ball of variable size to work deeply into the muscles to release tension, habitual patterning, elongate muscles and it is also helpful for non-exercisers, professional athletes, people that perform gentle exercise, fitness fanatics, people that are immobile to people who suffer with problems and injuries, e.g. sciatica, back pain and frozen shoulder.

I have been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching Iyengar Yoga since 2003. I have the Intermediate level 2 Teaching Certificate (2009) and attended the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India in 2008 and 2012 to study with the Iyengar family.
