Hatha yoga for individuals on a 1:1 basis, classes, and corporate for all abilities and those with special health
needs. Also a trained and very experienced occupational therapist who has specialisms in posture management, ergonomics and work place assessments and wheelchair seating.Has had a personal yoga practice for over 25 years and has been teaching yoga for 5 years and has a wealth of experience in occupational therapy having qualified 36 years ago. Very open to discussing application of holisitic practice incorporating both elements of professional practice.
The classes are suitable for women at any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy and focus on gentle postures, breathing
techniques, positions for labour and relaxations. The aim is for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, whilst improving your physical and emotional wellbeing and helping you feel more confident and positive about birth. The postures are very gentle, specifically designed so you can attend throughout your pregnancy (after 12 weeks) and can be adapted to individual needs.
