Dru Yoga is a unique form of Yoga designed for 21st Century, yet rooted in the ancient yogic tradition. It involves
gentle flowing postures and movement sequences that release the energy blocks that often underlie painful emotions and disease. It also incorporates breath awareness, visualisation, affirmations, relaxation, meditation and concentration techniques. Dru Yoga is a holistic therapy in its own right helping to maintain optimum health and can be used to complement other therapies. It can be used in treating a wide range of health conditions, skeletal problems, digestive disorders, stress related conditions, chronic fatigue and mental and emotional problems. Bodies Yoga is the name I have given to my Yoga business based in Ilkley in West Yorkshire, UK. I am fortunate that
in recent years I have been able to pursue my passion for yoga and in particular, the form of yoga that I love, Dru Yoga. I am offering twice weekly classes in Ilkley together with personal tuition for those wanting something more.
The classes are held at the Baptist Church, Kings Road, Ilkley Mondays 5.45pm – 7.15pm and 7.30pm – 9pm
The classes are planned to provide a wide and varied experience of Dru Yoga. Over time you will be able to improve your fitness, physical and mental wellbeing and enjoy reduced levels of stress. Everyone is welcome.
