I offer a classic integrated yoga in the lineage of Krishnmacharya, incorporating breathwork, drishti, bandha, mudra and subtle anatonomy. I am influenced by Ayurvedic wisdom and the sutras of Patanjali.
My teaching is informed by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli and an appreciation of the poses as a means of furthering personal sensitivity, deep listening and compassion.
I love to explore themes deeply and create a flowing communication between student and teacher to proceed together safely, with trust and curiosity, illuminating each others practice.
