I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. In 2012 I left a highly successful career in IT that spanned 23 years so that I could focus on teaching yoga. My wife, Miti, and I both teach from the heart and our warm, friendly classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to experienced practitioners that are looking for a challenge. We also offer yoga workshops, corporate yoga and private classes.
