I have been practising Yoga for over 12 years and teaching for the last 6 years. Over time I have developed my own
style of Hatha Yoga with particular focus on postural alignment, breath work and restorative practice. My inspiration is derived from some of the many wonderful teachers I have encountered both in the UK and in India. I believe my down to earth approach makes my yoga classes accessible for everyone regardless of age, ability

An integration of all aspects of Yoga is utilized, namely asana (posture), meditation, pranayam (breathwork), mantra (voice vibration), mudra (hand posture) and bandha (locks). It is this synthesis that is the secret behind its magical ability to connect you with your bliss.
My focus is to teach holistic Vinyasa Flow classes with thoughtful sequencing and mindful breathing. I encourage students
to turn their gaze inward during their practice, to connect with mind, body and breath – to create a moving meditation. I like to create classes with playful sequencing and approach classes with honesty and humour. My classes are open to all levels.
