All classes are taught by Samantha who has 9 years teaching experience. Classes are held in the Garstang area and
are suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. There are a mix of classes to suit different abilities from the Gentle session for Seniors to the more Dynamic sessions for Improvers. Classes consist of a combination of breathing, meditation, flowing sequences, holding postures and relaxation. Pregnant Ladies welcome. My classes are suitable for all abilities and levels of experience, as each class accounts for modifications to postures
to make them accessible for all. They are structured to include Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing work), meditation and relaxation taught in a relaxed and supportive environment. My objective is that my students leave the classes with a heightened awareness of both their physical and spiritual capabilities.

Bhaktikirti is the owner of Live Yoga, she spends summer and autumn terms teaching in her home town of Great Harwood
and Ribchester. In Januaryshe returns to India to spend time in her Guru's ashram where she partakes in Seva- selfless service. In the spring she spends time in south India teaching in Gokarna a small hindu temple town. Bhakti is teaching intermediate classes in Great Harwood and beginners drop in classes at Churchfield House in Great Harwood on Tuesdays 8-9.30pm, and Ribchester Village Hall Wednesdays 6-7.30pm throughout the summer & autumn.She is also available for one 2 one classses & Thai Yoga Massage Therapy.
I am a fully qualified Vinyassa / Hatha Yoga teacher. I am registered with the IYN who only recommend the best. I
