We offer daily 60 and 90-minute classes suitable for men and women of all ages. For beginners new to yoga as well as those with a regular practice, this unique hot yoga series is guaranteed to enhance your body and mind.

Writing. whYoga conducts general and pregnancy classes in South London and teacher training in Surrey. Skip Oliver is registered with The Yoga Alliance, a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to high educational standards in yoga worldwide. Skip is the author and conductor of two comprehensive training courses that have undergone years of extensive development and study.
Yoga Bananas is a labour of love - a child yoga teacher training that was founded by Vicky 'Skip' Oliver in 1998. It focuses on how to teach yoga to children of a primary school age. Its approach is fun whilst incorporating all the elements of Hatha Yoga. This course is open to yoga teachers and yoga students with a solid yoga practice including Mums who may like to introduce yoga to their own children and school teachers who may like to introduce yoga into the school day. A maximum of 4 people are permitted on each course. The course is a practical working weekend retreat that culminates in a full day of teaching in a primary school. Earn Yoga Alliance Registered Children's Teacher with this course.
whYoga for Pregnancy is a course that is open to yoga teachers and yoga students with a solid practice including Mums-to-be. The course explores the nature of a forgotten birth physiology that is simple and empowering. The course covers all three trimesters of pregnancy and also the post-partum phase. Earn Yoga Alliance 'Continuing Education Units' with this course.whYoga's training programme for yoga teachers covers pre- and post-natal care, Vicky is a doula, mother of 3 and active birth consultant. whYoga's sister partnership training programme also covers children's yoga under the auspice of Yoga Bananas.

My classes focus on creating awareness. A typical class incorporates asana (postures), relaxation and breathing techniques (pranayama). There is always a focus on creating more space and stillness in the body and mind both on and off the mat.

channel the pressure of their busy lifestyles and use it as the key to succeed in their well-being journey. My Level 3 qualification as both a Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer enables me to fully understand and tailor programmes for: enhancing strength, flexibility, postural improvement, toning or stress management. I take great pleasure in combining my two areas of expertise to create routines that everyone can enjoy in a gentle and relaxed environment.
Our company is MA&Y and we are experienced specialists in yoga, providing excellent tuition in a safe, supportive,

Philippa is a certified member of the Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification and has been practice yoga for over 15
years. She practices yoga daily, with a morning practices of Mysore, more dynamic yoga 5-6 days per week and a more restorative position focused Yin, Iyenga and Anusara type yoga later in the day. Before she became a fully qualified yoga teacher she had been teaching friends and step children/other children when ever she had a chance and managed to get many passionate in yoga themselves. She teachers a weekly evening class at Imperial College Ethos gym and cover at other gyms/yoga centres in South Kensington / Chelsea, whilst carry on with her consulting and coaching career part time. She is further studying other types of yoga including Vinyasa flow, anusara and budakon and studying pilates CQ Level 3. Having a good grounding in Pilates is essential to a safe yoga practice.
Philippa is type 1 diabetic diagnosed at age 10. She has an insulin pump and is insulin sensitive, meaning temperature changes, hormones, stress etc affect her blood sugar a lot more than it would other peoples. This meant she suffered a great deal of unexpected life threatening hypoglycaemia's, doctors did not think she would live past 21. Thanks to yoga and healthy living she has survived. Yoga has changed her life in so many positive, beneficial ways that she is passionate about helping others and helping them to achieve the benefits she has achieved.
