Linda provides group classes,(including one for men only) one-to-one sessions and workshops.Classes currently running
in Harrold, Olney, Grendon and Cranfield University. Group classes include asanas, vinyasas, pranayama and relaxation in an atmosphere of fun and encouragement. Modifications and extensions to postures enable client groups of mixed ability to work at their own level and develop their yoga at an appropriate pace.
"the regenerator"... is a yoga, pilates and relaxation blend class. I have used my 10 years experience as a personal
trainer to create this session that will leave you feeling strengthened, stretched and relaxed from the inside out. Expect lower back pain management techniques to be included also. The class is open to men and women of all abilities and that are above the age of 18. No previous experience of either disciplines are required, just bring a mat (if you have one) and an open mind.
