Baby yoga 5 week courses are run throughout Hertfordshire for parents and babies newborn to crawling. Classes involve
gentle movements for parents encouraging stretching and strengthening (including pelvic floor and stomach exercises) and movements for babies to aid each stage of development with lots of songs and joint relaxation at the end and time to socialise.
