A small, friendly studio offering a wide variety of different classes and styles, all taught by qualified, professional
teachers. Vicky offers both yoga and pilates and specialises in small group and one to one work. Teaching from the heart gives Vicky an intuitive style which means that each class is unique and tailored to individual needs.
We offer a wide range of classes including Iyengar Yoga, Yoga for 50+ Prenatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Meditation, Tai
Chi and Qigong. We also offer weekend Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation workshops. The classes are suitable for the complete beginner through to the more experienced practitioner, all ages, whatever your level of fitness. If you prefer, individual tuition is available either in your own home or at our Godshill studio.

Classes in Antara Yoga, a style of Hatha. Classes comprise of gentle limbering exercises, followed by classical Yoga
postures (suitable for all levels of ability), pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation & meditation techniques. Fully qualified and insured teacher, trained with Ma Antar Yatra at the International Institute for Antara Yoga & Meditation, in Sydney, Australia. Four classes held each week. Open to all from age 16 plus.
Dragonfly yoga is run by Denise Ferguson who is a teacher trainer of yoga teachers and also a physiotherapist.
classes enable all students to be able to attend a yoga class and receive the benefits whether a complete beginner, suffer from a condition or a very experienced yogi or yogini. YogaBellies for Pregnancy and YogaBellies for Mum & Baby
YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes are gentle and safe
for all women, whether new to yoga or with years of practice. Each class focuses on a different aspect of pregnancy and birth. This is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. We practice yoga postures suitable for pregnancy and birth, adjusted for each trimester, invaluable breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth and also relaxation and meditation techniques that mum can also use once baby arrives. This is so much more than a prenatal yoga class, but an opportunity to prepare mindfully for birth and meet like-minded mums.

YogaBellies for Mum & Baby classes are a unique blend of post natal and baby yoga. A typical class includes baby stretches to take small bodies through a full range of movement which often astonishes and inspires their mummies including incorporating baby massage, breathing and focused yoga postures for mums and postures for two to give mums and babies new ways to relate to each other. For mummies we focus on gently working the abdominal muscles, slowly getting mummy back to pre-baby shape and helping to build strength, stamina and fitness.
