The postures are gentle, specifically designed so you can attend throughout your pregnancy and can be adapted to individual needs.Classes are held in a fully equipped studio.
BBcise classes are a unique blend of postnatal and baby yoga exercises, incorporating massage, music and sensory play. They are a fun way for mums to tone and strengthen their body after birth, whilst the baby exercises are wonderful for developing babies reflexes and gross motor development. The babies are very much an integral part of the class and the aim of the sessions is for you to work together.
