Classes are suitable for all, no previous yoga experience required. Liz's teaching style is gentle flow yoga, with the pace adapted to suit the class.
Yoga is great for improving flexibility, strength and mobility. And thats just for starters! Once you get going you will really experience all that yoga has to offer the body, mind and inner self.
Drawing on different teaching styles, but mainly trained in Vinyasa Krama yoga we will explore the body's innate intelligence, building grace, poise and strength week by week.Some recent feedback from classes:
Classes are held in the Taunton, Wellington and Hemyock area and are based on the principles of viniyoga, integrating body, breath and mind in a holistic manner.
