series of flowing yoga movements, upliftling music, breath rhythms, chants and guided meditations, we take a journey of self exploration into the movement and stillness of our being. Suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners. Richard Parker has been practicing and teaching movement and meditation for over 10 years. His focus is on exploring and discovering a practice that is organic, evolving as the practice evolves us. Using a grounded and easy going approach he brings a simple understanding of the fundamental wisdoms that are taught within yoga into our practice so we can begin to realise and awaken to our true nature.
