Classes in Stafford taught on Mondays are General Hatha Yoga 6pm - 7.30 then; Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class 7.30 -
9pm. Tuesday evening classes are the same format but held in Birmingham. Also Birmingham city mid week classes. Teaching since 1997. British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher. Conducted teachers Ashtanga Vinyasa training by David Swenson. Also practiced under the direction of PK Jois in Mysore for 2 months during 2005. One year travelling in Nepal & India in pursuit of practice.

I run drop-in classes, 1-2-1 sessions by appointment, and work in local schools. As a member of the Heart of England Dru Yoga Association I have worked with other tutors leading workshops and supporting new tutors. These friendly and welcoming classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Each session includes pranayama (breathing exercises) an EBR sequence (energy block release work), asanas (yoga postures) and yoga nidra (guided relaxation). We also regularly practice mediation to help you leave with a real sense of calm and well-being.
Natalie has been practicing Yoga for many years and comes from a background of Ashtanga, Hatha and Iyengar. Having
a strong belief that Yoga can have a positive life changing effect, Natalie decided to undertake the CYF teacher training course and has been teaching ever since! Whilst pregnant in 2013, Natalie decided to complete the Yoga Campus Pregnancy Yoga teacher training so is now also qualified in this area also.
