Following a Hatha tradition, we incoporate Yoga postures (asana) and movement in coordination with the breath. Practices
are usually structured around a theme, to provide focus, reflection, and perspective to the postural and breath work. Classes combine dynamic and static work, with variations offered to provide different intensity levels. See website for current timetable. Private 1:1 yoga and yoga at work are also available.
