She emphasises breath synchronised movement creating a meditative effect and proper alignment for joint longevity.

I have meditated in Ashrams in India and met many spiritual teachers of many traditions. My yoga teaching is adapted to the needs of people living in the West today but still honours the spiritual principles of yoga. I teach from a universal spiritual perspective. My classes include some meditation, some flowing sequences, holding postures and relaxation at the end. They are suitable for all abilities ane creeds and are always mixed. Students should leave my classes feeling energised and relaxed.
