I am an Introductory level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher with classes Northampton. Iyengar Yoga is a method of teaching using
props and supports to correct alignment and aid extension in poses. This promotes flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. Regular preactice enhances health, vitality and the sense of wellbeing. Classes on Monday 09.30-10.30, Tuesday 19.00-20.30, Thursday 18.15-19.30
Lizzy teaches Hatha Yoga, general, pregnancy and postnatal yoga for mums and babies in Northampton and surrounding

Linda provides group classes,(including one for men only) one-to-one sessions and workshops.Classes currently running
in Harrold, Olney, Grendon and Cranfield University. Group classes include asanas, vinyasas, pranayama and relaxation in an atmosphere of fun and encouragement. Modifications and extensions to postures enable client groups of mixed ability to work at their own level and develop their yoga at an appropriate pace.
"the regenerator"... is a yoga, pilates and relaxation blend class. I have used my 10 years experience as a personal
trainer to create this session that will leave you feeling strengthened, stretched and relaxed from the inside out. Expect lower back pain management techniques to be included also. The class is open to men and women of all abilities and that are above the age of 18. No previous experience of either disciplines are required, just bring a mat (if you have one) and an open mind.

It's amazing to see how the practise of yoga and meditation
can transform a person, It doesn't matter what is happening in your life, what your age, level of fitness, size or shape there's always a way to practise yoga and meditation that will be beneficial for you. I believe it's best to get a really good foundation to build on and am currently concentrating on teaching yoga basics in Towcester taking each week to explore new postures, alignment and energy movement in yoga asana, and looking at different methods and techniques to calm and still the mind.
