I teach in both Swindon, Wiltshire and Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Visit www.findinnerspace.com for full details. The ethos
behind my classes is to bring a little more space into your life. To give you the space to learn about yourself, your body and mind and relax from your daily routine. I have been teaching Sivananda style Yoga since 2003 and have won the teacher of the month award from Om Yoga & lifestyle magazine in July 2013.
My practice and teaching of yoga is inspired by the philosophy of Vanda Scaravelli and influenced by many years of
learning the Alexander Technique. I focus very much on working in a gentle and intelligent way to encourage the body to go into postures when it is ready. We offer classes, workshops and retreats in yoga practices including asana, pranayama meditation and mantra. I am also now offering Cyclic Meditation for the first time in the UK. In collaboration with other yoga practitioners and experts we offer specialist classes and workshops including Yoga and Rehabilitation, Scaravelli inspired workshops and Mantra Chant.
Classes and workshops are taught from a variety of locations and one to one tuition is also available from my yoga space and via Skype.
