I teach an eclectic style of mindfulness-based yoga including
asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and bits of yoga philosophy and aim to increase my students' awareness, understanding and control of their body, breath and state of mind in order to enable them to go about their daily lives with mindfulness and a sense of purpose and well-being. Yoga is for everyone, you start from where you are now, regardless of gender, age and physical and mental fitness. Come and try! I currently run a general class as well as special classes for seniors. I am also a yoga therapist, working with people living with dementia and their carers.

Friendly, flowing classes designed for the all round wellbeing of the mind, body and soul. Suitable for beginner to
intermediate level. Classes are general Hatha yoga style with influences from Iyengar, Yin and Yoga Flow. Mats provided.
