We are a husband and wife team who are based in the Wigan area and want to bring yoga to the masses. We believe that
anybody can do yoga, regardless of age, ability or body type.
In our classes we incorporate yoga asanas (postures), with directed breathing, visualisations, mudras, sound, deep relaxation, meditation and affirmations. With regular practice you can improve your strength and flexibility, create core stability, build increased feelings of positivity, and create balance, ease, and relaxation on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
We aim to create classes that are friendly, welcoming and fun, with a positive approach to health and wellbeing.
We are the National Office for Transcendental Meditation in the UK and have over 60 branches. Transcendental Meditation
is a simple, natural, effortless mental technique which give a unique quality of rest to the mind and the body. It allows stress and tiredness to be released in a natural way, resulting in greater energy, clarity and enjoyment of life.

Grounded firmly in the context of supporting each individual as they develop the tools necessary to enjoy a direct
experience of their own Self Enquiry through Yoga.
The art of 'Feeling Now' is an opportunity to become more intimate with our moment by moment experience of life.
Feel Now Yoga uses Yoga Posture Practice (Asana), Breath Exploration (Pranayam) & Meditation as lenses through which to conduct our own Self Enquiry, whilst inviting us to reclaim a balanced, harmonious and honest dialogue between Body and Mind.
My classes are suitable for all abilities and levels of experience, as each class accounts for modifications to postures
to make them accessible for all. They are structured to include Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing work), meditation and relaxation taught in a relaxed and supportive environment. My objective is that my students leave the classes with a heightened awareness of both their physical and spiritual capabilities.
I offer group classes throughout Warrington and Cheshire. These include therapeutic and gentle yoga and more dynamic
vinyasa classes. I also offer individual tuition, yoga therapy, pregnancy yoga, small group classes and yoga at your workplace. I also teach on UK based weekends and holidays in Ibiza, Umbria and Canary Islands. Please see my website www.yogaincheshire.com for moredetails
I teach yoga in the Warrington area in Culcheth every Tuesday evening between 8pm and 9.30pm at the Methodist Church
Hall. I am trained in the classical school of Yoga that originated from Sivananda. I have meditated in Ashrams in India and met many spiritual teachers of many traditions. My yoga teaching is adapted to the needs of people living in the West today but still honours the spiritual principles of yoga. I teach from a universal spiritual perspective. My classes include some meditation, some flowing sequences, holding postures and relaxation at the end. They are suitable for all abilities ane creeds and are always mixed. Students should leave my classes feeling energised and relaxed.
