Various body & breathing exercises & meditation techniques increase the ability of concentration, relaxation, your awareness of body mind & breathing & last but not least rediscovery of body's own abilities.
In my classes I respect the precondition, restriction & strength of each individual person. All participants exercise according to their own abilities & needs, without any external pressure or need to keep up with others in the class
