Michelle Fajkus has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 20 years. She stumbled upon yoga in the early nineties
and established Yoga Freedom in 2002. She shares yoga and mindfulness with students of all ages and offers classes and retreats in English and Spanish. Michelle’s energetic yet relaxing teaching style blends hatha, vinyasa, yin yoga, mindful breathing, and dharma.
