About Rajiv Ranjan (Yoga Teacher)
I started my journey of Yoga 12 years ago. I joined the Bihar school of Yoga to
pursue P.G. Diploma in Yoga Psychology. Having been born in Bihar, the silk city Bhagalpur, I was inclined to learn about Yoga and its benefits from a very young age. The Yoga taught in Bihar School of Yoga/satyananda yoga tradition is integrated, holistic system of yoga that seamlessly incorporates both ancient wisdom with new scientific understanding. It is a contemporary yoga of synthesis aimed at the complete development of the personality& lifestyle. It was a unique experience to be in the company of so many learned teachers and Incitation from paramhansha swami Niranjananda who had acquired deep knowledge through years of practice and meditation.
I have done intensive research on Stress Management (Psycho- Physiological effects of Asanas, Pranayama, Shatkarma, Meditation and Yoga Nidra).
Under the guidance of my spiritual Guru, I studied yoga&yogic lifestyle intensively - the various forms of yoga –Ashtang yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Jnana Yoga,Raj yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga.
I have been associated with various Corporates and individuals in India and abroad. I have been guiding the employees of various Corporates about RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury), DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) and Healthy Lifestyle visited Mumbai, Gujarat, Assam, Hyderabad, Rajasthan, and Goa.
Hi! I would like to introduce myself first of all. I am Sonal Patel – a YOGA INSTRUCTOR. I am keen to spread YOGA –
as it is a unique panacea for solving majority of the problems of today’s life. We take aasans, pranayam and meditation exclusively. We are practicing yoga with correct methodology and dedication. Only correct breathing techniques can solve many of the physical problems. So, think about the “PRANAYAM”. It stimulates equilibrium in the body systems. Yoga is also an imperative to move towards a stress-free life, retaining all the powers and capabilities obtained by a sensitive mind and a sharp intellect vital for the day-to-day functioning in this high-tech era. We learn the art of “Working in Relaxation” with total “Awareness in Action”. Thus, it offers a total and comprehensive approach to the challenges posed by stress. YOGA MUST BE A PART OF OUR DAILY ROUTINE.
