You & Nature Resort and Humble Be Yoga have teamed up to give you the course of a lifetime! West comes East to bring the body back to the heart and roots of Yoga. Our first three weeks together will be focused on self healing, getting grounded in our practice and creating connections with our ttc community and ourselves. We will study and receive Panchakarma and Reiki while we strengthen our bodies, clear our energy and begin the art of self inquiry.

From there, in week 4 we will switch gears bringing a lighter heart, a clearer mind, and a more supple body to focus on what ‘teaching’ really means and how to do it to the best of our ability- on all levels, with our own unique gifts. This is not a cookie cutter course. Your teachers are committed to the path themselves, for decades and are here to assist your own blossoming. We will give you the tools and techniques firstly for yourself and then support you while you and your classmates practice, sweat, cry, giggle and soar.
