I am IYA trained yoga teacher 2001-2005 over 650 hours training and many more on self study and personal practise.
I regularly attend workshops and senior teachers.
My hatha yoga classes provide detailed instruction to students, encouraging in-depth knowledge of yoga postures and breath. My classes focus on alignment and developing strength and flexibility in the body. I also aim to improve posture, develop awareness of core, aid sleep & relaxation and work to steady and calm the mind, body and nervous system. There is a deep relaxation at the end of each class.
My pregnancy yoga classes are taught from a belief that yoga is the perfect compliment to pregnancy. Yoga helps develop physical awareness and that deep connection to ones' own innate nurturing abilities. My classes also provide space to connect with baby. Through movement and breath, yoga allows the release of physical tensions that can and do arise during pregnancy. It also prepares for labour and for the physically demanding role of being a new parent. Yoga helped me during both my pregnancys and without doubt assisted me to have wonderful, empowering, natural labours on both my children.

you can increase your concentration, mood, energy levels and well being. You may gain greater body awareness through breathing practices, flowing sequences, strengthening and twisting postures. This 2-hour class focuses on relaxation and meditation and can improve your breathing and sleeping pattern (which has a very positive effect on the immune system). Nabin is a native of Nepal and was born in a small village in the west of the country. From the very beginning, village
life sensitised Nabin to Yoga, energy work and spirituality. Shaman healers and Yogis were part of his nurturing community close to the rhythms of nature, where Yoga, massage and energy work is a daily practiced. This environment led Nabin to an interest in the field of yoga, healing through touch and energy work. Nabin began his work in this field in the early 1990s and has been teaching most recently in

Ireland's first Bikram Yoga studio is now open. The 90-minute class is a fun, uplifting and challenging 26 posture
series with two breathing exercises, performed in a heated studio. Students of all levels practise together, working as deeply as their flexibility and strength allows. We have classes running seven days a week and there is no need to pre-register. Please come to class hydrated and on an empty stomach.
Our courses take place in a purpose built room with a friendly atmosphere. We offer Iyengar classes for beginners and
