This fascinating approach to yoga follows the work of Vanda Scaravelli. The emphasis being not so much about achieving
postures as the goal, But more about discovering a way of practising yoga, without effort, “doing” or performance. This is challenging to go with the body and not against it. As attention develops with the practice we learn to “do” less externally, surrendering to a deeper movement within the body which responds to rhythmic action of gravity and the breath.
