Italian yoga studio devoted to the study and practice of traditional and tantric Yoga, Taiji, Qi Gong and Meditation.
The Yoga style is a slow Vinyasa merging breath and Asana, rooted on Tibetan and Hatha Yoga (includes 5 Tibetan Rites)and based on the major Hatha Yoga classical texts (HYP, Patanjali). Piero Vivarelli is a full time hatha yoga teacher. He began his yoga training in 1994 following the Siddha Yoga tradition.
Since 1996, Piero has studied hatha yoga under the guidance of John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga, and other Anusara teachers, including Desiree Rumbaugh and Jim and Ruthy Bernaert. In 2005 he was the first Italian teacher and one of the first in Europe to receive Anusara Certification. His classes are full of enthusiasm and inspiration. sottolinea l’importanza delle dinamiche di gruppo nell’evoluzione dell’individuo. Il Kirtan Yoga dunque ha lo scopo di connettere il corpo alla mente, la mente all’intelletto, l’intelletto al sé e il sé al tutto armonico, creando una coesione costruttiva tra i partecipanti, in modo che attraverso la condivisione delle esperienze del singolo ci possa essere una più rapida crescita e una più profonda comprensione da parte del gruppo. Imparando la coesione si impara l’armonia, così la crescita di un singolo diviene motivo di crescita per l’altro, in un circolo virtuoso che porta ad amplificare la velocità di riscoperta delle nostre qualità luminose. Il Kirtan è anche il canto meditativo che permette di liberare le nostre tensioni e di risvegliare il fiorire della nostra personalità. Il canto e l’ascolto, accompagnato dagli strumenti musicali della tradizione yoga (harmonium, mrdanga, kartals, tampura, ecc…), permette di velocizzare in maniera esponenziale il proprio processo evolutivo.

Ogni lezione comprende: - filosofia e psicologia dello yoga - tecniche di respirazione dello yoga (pranayama), visualizzazioni e meditazioni - canto collettivo di antichi mantra - assaggio di cucina vegetariana

Le lezioni comprendono la lettura e lo studio dei versi in sanscrito e la relativa traduzione, commentata in accordo con l'antica tradizione vedica.

E' possibile partecipare ad una LEZIONE DI PROVA di entrambi i corsi.
